RC Gas Cars
Gas or nitro rc cars provide realism and real speed, and are recommended for the experienced hobbyist. This is for those who want to experience something different from electric cars and with a great deal more speed.. Currently, the most popular gas cars on the market are the cheap and very fast nitro touring cars, and of course everyone loves those big monster nitro rc trucks!
1/10th Scale Gas Touring Cars
These are similar to the electric touring cars, but they have a good bit more power and 2-speed transmission. These cars are slightly smaller than the 200mm models.(190mm)
These remote controlled cars are somewhat slower in performance as compared to 1/8th scale on-road gas, but they can still speeds in excess of 50mph!
The on-track performance of these is similar to the electric powered rc cars. On twisting turns, the electric cars are somewhat faster (Depending on the driver and his experience).. The top end speeds of the gas powered rc touring cars is significantly faster.
