Remote control planes and helicopters?

I have an rc plane from air hogs and it's called rolling fury. I'm having trouble flying it. Should I wait until the wind dies down, or should I fly straight into heavy winds? One more thing, I'd like to buy another one, so could you tell me of any remote control planes under 100 dollars along with the price of that rc vehicle.
